Join your neighbors on Thursday, April 30 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall for Town resident Chris Wright’s third presentation to share his knowledge about birds and birding in the neighborhood. In this program, Chris will talk about Cooper’s Hawks, the handsome grey and white raptors that live almost unnoticed in our neighborhood.  

Last spring, a pair of Cooper’s Hawks courted and settled in to raise a family in Chris’s back yard. Chris recorded the hawks from their earliest attraction through the fledging of their young offspring. Join Chris as he tells the fascinating and surprising story (with photos and videos) of the hawk family and learn about other hawks that live among us.
