Planning Board Approves Corso Site Plan On February 8, the Planning Board conditionally approved the site plan for the Corso Chevy Chase development. As reported by Mayor Lane in the February Forecast, the Town Council will continue collaborating with the developer as well as county and state agencies to address site access and stormwater drainage issues, enforce our urban forest ordinance, and finalize a construction management plan. Construction of the senior living community is expected to commence by the end of this year. We will continue to provide updates as the development progresses.

Also needed are waterproof warm winter wear, for those who are outside in the cold rain or snow.
