Pre-PAC Meeting - 7105 45th Street - 4/1/2008 (Tue)

The Town of Chevy Chase has received an application for a Pre-Permit Application Consultation for the demolition of a house at 7105 45th Street and construction of a new house.  On April 1, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Hall, the Town will host a meeting between the owner/applicant of the subject property and residents of the Town for the purpose of exchanging information, receiving feedback, and making and considering non-binding recommendations about the project.  

Schematic plans of the project are available for review in the Town Office between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (please call ahead if you would like to review them), or will be available for review at the meeting.  If you are unable to attend the April 1, 2008 meeting, but would like additional information, please contact Ted Pochter at 301-654-7144 before the meeting.
