Strategic Plan

During 2006, the Town's Visioning Committee conducted a visioning process, through a series of focus groups, to develop a comprehensive assessment of residents' feelings about the character of the Town and future development.  In December 2006, the Committee presented a final Strategic Plan to the Town Council, which adopted the entire plan, with several minor amendments, in March 2007.
