Fences, Walls & Hedges

Following is a synopsis of Town laws regulating fences, walls, hedges, etc.  Please refer to Chapter 4 of the Town Code for the complete regulation.
 
Fences, Walls and Hedges:
  • Are prohibited in front yards and in the public right-of-way.
  • Shall be set back at least two (2) feet from the public right-of-way and may not interfere in any manner with pedestrian or vehicular traffic on sidewalks and streets.
  • May not be more than six (6) feet, six (6) inches high.
