Town Staff

Todd Hoffman is the Town Manager and serves as the executive officer of the Town government. Todd directs and supervises the administration of all Town programs and services, and he advises the Town Council regarding the financial condition of the Town, its future needs, and all matters related to its proper administration. Todd must propose and submit an annual budget to the Town Council and, once approved, must be responsible for its implementation. Todd implements Town policy as determined by the Mayor and Council by providing management and administrative support.  
 

 
Andi Silverstone is the Town Clerk. She has been working for the Town since 1986, during which time the Town, Town Office and staff have changed and grown. Andi's day-to-day responsibilities include assisting the Town Manager in the preparation of the annual budget, preparation of monthly financial reports for review by Treasurer and Town Manager, preparing the payables and payroll bi-weekly, drafting the Reporter and minutes after each Council meeting for review by the Town Manager and Secretary, and feeding the parade of Town dogs that stop by the office to see her.  Andi's help around the office is invaluable, as she brings an institutional memory that is unmatched. 
 


Belinda Wilborn is the Town's Constituent Services Aide. She has been working for the Town of Chevy Chase since 1989. Her day-to-day responsibilities include event planning and assisting residents who call or stop by the Office with problems or concerns. Additionally, she prepares the Forecast and tracks council activities. Belinda has three children and two wonderful grandchildren. 


 
Dave Walton is the Town's Permitting and Code Enforcement Manager.  His duties include processing building and tree removal permits.  Dave has been working for the Town since July of 1999.  When he is not working, he spends time helping to run an all-volunteer camp for needy children and participates in several social sports leagues.  Dave is married, and his lovely wife Cathy has been known to volunteer at the Town chili dinner in exchange for free chili.  She loves that stuff!  


 
Tom Huntley has been working for the Town of Chevy Chase since 1985. He serves as the Town's Maintenance Supervisor. His day to day responsibilities include tree trimming, making deliveries to Town residents, snow plowing, landscaping the Town parks and Town rights-of-ways, and basically keeping the Town beautiful. In his free time, Tom enjoys relaxing, music, and spending time with his wife Betty. Tom has five children and thirteen grandchildren. 


 
Miguel Hernandez is the Town's Maintenance Assistant. He specializes in helping to maintain the Town's Landscaping and brings much expertise in this area. He also works hard to help with tree pruning and planting, and assists with snow plowing as well. When he is not working in the Town, Miguel's wife of seventeen years and four children keep him extremely busy. He also participates in many church activities. 
 

 
Warren Rizzi is the Management Assistant.  His day-to-day responsibilities include helping manage Town Committees, updating the website, supporting the Town Manager, and assisting with special projects.  Warren graduated from Boston College and began working for the Town in January 2009.  He grew up in the area and attended St. Andrew’s Episcopal in Potomac.  Outside of work, Warren enjoys playing and watching soccer and fishing with friends.
