January 30 Public Forum on Corso Chevy Chase Final Rezoning Application

On January 30 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall, the Town will host a public forum to hear from residents about the final rezoning plan for 7100 Connecticut Avenue and the binding elements associated with this plan.  All of the documents associated with the final rezoning application are available here. 

As announced by Town Crier this week, the developers have responded to the Town's request to, among other things, reduce the height of the buildings around the three sides of the property adjacent to Town residences. The outward facing portions of these buildings have been reduced from 5 to 4 stories, while the outward facing portion of the building in the northwest corner has been reduced from 4 to 3 stories.
