Town Council Work Session on Corso Development, Monday August 22

On August 22 at 7 p.m., the Town Council will meet to discuss the proposed Corso development on the former 4 – H property.  Specifically, the Council will be reviewing a draft of proposed conditions and requirements (“Binding Elements”) that the Town may seek to be added to the zoning change application (the “Local Map Amendment”)  that the developers intend to file with the County. 

The results of the work session will be incorporated into a revised version of these proposed Binding Elements,  and this revised version will be distributed to residents for their comments. The Council will welcome comments in writing or at a Town Forum on the subject that is currently scheduled for Monday, September 12.
