On April 15, the Town sent its response to the initial concept plan for the redevelopment of 7100 Connecticut Avenue. The Town expects a formal response to its letter soon, and the developers will present an updated redevelopment plan on June 2 at 7 p.m. in the Town Hall and by Zoom video conference.
The State Highway Administration conducted a needs analysis for MD 185 (Connecticut Avenue) between Chevy Chase Circle and MD 193 (University Boulevard). Residents are encouraged to review the study and provide input through a survey.
